Every classroom is a team and should be treated like a team. In this workshop teachers, will learn about the foundations of outdoor and adventure education and gain strategies to create leaders and a team atmosphere within any classroom environment. No matter what subject you teach you will gain a great deal of teambuilding activities, tools and techniques which can be brought directly into your classroom to change the classroom dynamic and make your classroom a well-oiled machine throughout the entire school year and beyond.
